Digital challenges in business

The company grows. Its digital ecosystem does not always grow with it

Over time, more elements are added: a website, advertising, social media, CRM, analytics, automation and further tools.

Each area is managed by someone different. Decisions are made at different times, for different reasons and without one person looking at the whole.

As a result, the company invests more and more, but does not always know which activities genuinely support sales, whether the tools it uses still make sense and what its next priority should be.

Technology is often not the problem.
The problem is a lack of strategy for digital activity

  • Fragmented activity

Marketing, technology and sales develop separately instead of forming one coherent system.

  • Growing complexity

The number of tools, subscriptions, suppliers and makeshift solutions continues to grow.

  • No reliable data

The company is active, but it is difficult to assess what works, what generates sales and where money is being lost.

  • No clear direction

It is unclear what to invest in next, what to simplify, what to connect and what to stop using altogether.

My approach

I bring technology, marketing and processes together so they support the company’s goals

I do not assume from the outset that a company needs a new website, an advertising campaign, a CRM system or an AI implementation.

First, I learn how it operates: how it acquires customers, how sales work, which tools it uses and where problems arise.

Only then can we sensibly decide what is worth improving, simplifying, connecting, replacing or rebuilding.

  1. 01

    Situation assessment

I look at the company as a whole, rather than solely through the lens of one tool or channel.

  2. 02

    Choosing a direction

I help set priorities and choose activities that have a genuine business rationale.

  3. 03

    Delivery

I select the people, expertise and solutions needed to implement what we have agreed.

First, we establish what the company wants to achieve. Only then do we choose the strategy and technology.

How I help

I most often help companies in two situations

Your company is growing and you know you need digital solutions

You want to increase sales, improve visibility, make marketing more effective or make better use of technology, data and automation.

You know you need to act, but you are unsure where to start, which solutions are right and how to bring them together into a coherent whole.

The technology used in your company has become overwhelming

You use many tools, systems and services, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to understand how they work together, who is responsible for what and whether the costs are justified.

You need an outside perspective, a clearer picture of the situation and a firm decision on what to keep, change, connect or remove.

How I think

Decisions about technology and marketing should support business growth

  1. 01

    Goals first, tools second

I start by understanding what the company wants to achieve. Only then do I assess whether it needs a new website, an advertising campaign, a CRM, automation or a change in process.

  2. 02

    Simpler does not mean worse

A ready-made, proven solution will often be better than a system built from scratch. Complexity only makes sense when it brings genuine value to the company.

  3. 03

    Awareness of dependencies

Technology, marketing, sales, data and processes all affect one another. A good decision in one area should not create problems elsewhere.

  4. 04

    Thoughtful implementation

There is no need to invest in an elaborate solution from the outset. It is better to start with a smaller scope, validate the assumptions and only then develop what genuinely brings value to the company.

About me

I know technology from the inside. Today, I look at it from the perspective of the whole company

I have worked professionally with technology since 2016. I started as a developer, building systems and solving complex problems in commercial projects and international teams.

Over time, I saw increasingly clearly that technology is never a neutral choice. How a system is designed, which tools are chosen and how they are connected to a company’s processes affects costs, security, pace of work, scalability and the future growth of the business.

Well-chosen technology can support a company for years. Poorly chosen technology can create chaos, cause dependency on suppliers and constrain growth, even if it initially seems the simplest solution.

Today, I am building dotGrow and help business owners make such decisions consciously. I combine technological experience with the perspective of an entrepreneur who is personally responsible for people, budgets, customers and organisational growth.

Behind my approach is the dotGrow team

A recommendation alone is rarely enough. That is why I am building dotGrow — a team that brings together technology, marketing and strategy to help companies move from decisions to concrete action.

We work across a company’s entire digital ecosystem: from websites, e-commerce, advertising, social media and visibility in search engines and AI systems, to automation, integrations, data and the processes working behind the scenes.

This preserves continuity between diagnosis, key decisions and delivery, while ensuring the project is not limited by what one person can do. My role is to connect the client’s business perspective with the team’s expertise needed for implementation.

Strategy
We set priorities and choose the actions that make the most sense for the company.
Technology
We build, integrate and bring order to solutions that support how the business operates.
Marketing
We develop visibility, communication and digital channels for acquiring customers.
